Your comments are important to us and form part of the public consultation process for finalising the development proposals.

 

This website is supplemented by a leaflet which has been distributed to local residents, councillors and other key stakeholders, which summarises the proposals and directs them to this website and the consultation email address below.

 

The online consultation will run between Monday 5th October – Monday 19th October, however we will continue to review comments received up until submission.

While it will not be possible to respond to all correspondence individually, all comments and feedback will be reviewed and taken into consideration. All comments will be formally captured within our Statement of Community Involvement.

Next Steps

 

Following this public consultation, we will review the feedback and feed this into the design development process with a view to submitting an outline planning application later in the year.

 

Once the application has been submitted and registered, the Council will undertake their own statutory consultation process, so there will be further opportunities for you to make comments directly to the Council.

 

Beyond that, we expect the application to be determined in mid-2027, with a Reserved Matters application to follow in 2028, with a view to delivery commencing on site in 2029.
